You have heard us say: “Gateway Home wouldn’t be here without the support of the community around us.”

BUT JUST WHAT DOES YOUR DONATION DO?

Our partners and volunteers turn your investment in Gateway Home into compassionate care of individuals in their last days of life. Since opening our doors in December 2019, we have served 40 residents. Your gift assures that Gateway can continue to provide free services to our residents and their families.

Our residents arrive having experienced many different types of life journeys. One of our residents had never met her one-and-a-half-year-old great grandchild living in Florida but was able to hold her once she came to visit at Gateway Home. Another resident had six children, all living out of state. They were so comforted to know their mother was in a warm family atmosphere. Each resident has a unique story like these. Family and friends are openly welcome at Gateway to share stories, hold hands and give hugs in a home like atmosphere as they prepare to say goodbye to their loved one.

Although we work collaboratively with Hospice and VNA services to provide care to our residents, Gateway Home is funded only by your generosity in the form of direct donations and support of our fundraising efforts. Gateway receives NO insurance funding or reimbursement for the care we provide! Below is a short list of how your donation will help keep our doors open and help continue to impact your community in a lasting way.

$125 will provide heat for the home for one month

$325 will provide linen service to residents for three months

$480 will provide cable & wi-fi service to residents and their family for three months

$250 will provide electricity to the home for one month

To meet our annual budget of $200,000+ for 2023 please consider a gift of support to our 2022 Annual Campaign. Our Annual Campaign Tiers for 2022-23 listed below have been developed with recognition of you and/or your business. In this way, we can show you how much we appreciate your support and if you own a business, we can encourage others to patronize your business. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please annotate on the donation form.

ANNUAL CAMPAIGN 2022 PARTNERSHIP LEVELS

* Angel Donation – Up to $249 Donation

You or your business will be acknowledged in our Newsletters which are distributed to over 450 households and businesses on a quarterly basis.

*Bronze Angel Donation - $250-$499 Donation

You or your business will be acknowledged in our Newsletters which are distributed to over 450 households and businesses on a quarterly basis. You or your business will also be recognized on our website (www.gatewayhomeattica.org), and our Facebook Page.

*Silver Angel Donation - $500-$999 Donation

You or your business will be acknowledged in our Newsletters and recognized on our website (www.gatewayhomeattica.org), and our Facebook Page. You will also receive, two tickets for our Chicken BBQ in either the spring or the fall, your choice.

* Gold Angel Donation- $1,000 or more

You or your business will be acknowledged in Newsletters and recognized on our website (www.gatewayhomeattica.org ), and our Facebook Page. You will also receive four tickets for our Chicken BBQ, 2 in the fall and 2 in the spring, and four tickets to our 2^nd Annual Meat Raffle in 2023.

* Platinum Angel Donation- $1,500 or more

You or your business will be acknowledged in our Newsletters, recognized on our website (www.gatewayhomeattica.org), and our Facebook Page. You will also receive four tickets for our Chicken BBQ, 2 in the fall and 2 in the spring, four tickets to our 2^nd Annual Meat Raffle in 2023 as well as 1 of our 2023 Glass Christmas Ornaments featuring an Attica Landmark.
